She explained everything clearly and never made me feel rushed or like I couldn’t ask questions. You can really tell she cares about what she does, and that kind of genuine dedication isn’t something you see every day.

However the communication has not been great upon move in cost wise and clarity in general. I wish someone would’ve walked through the property with us and check in on us a few days after we moved in. More follow up would’ve been helpful and letting us know about the upcoming cost BEFORE the day it was due. We aren’t mad just very annoyed that it was not clearly communicated.

submitted by Tammara R. - |Recommended: YesWelcome Home Kinda — I was so ecstatic to move in. The place overall is nice. However my move in experience was not at all. Home was not cleaned, then to be told it had a full clean the day prior while I looked at spiderwebs, dirty baseboards and nasty toilet seats was insulting. To add insult to injury the maintenance guy going home without attempting to change the toilet seats for a full weekend was berserk. The manager tried to make things better. But the opportunity to create a “moment” had been missed. Welcoming a tenant into their new home creates a special opportunity for the property management team to get it right. It’s a new start on both sides. Y’all most definitely missed the mark.

submitted by Kenneth &. - |Recommended: NoUpon moving in our dim light switch does not work. Floor is uneven. Has dips in the floor. Laundry doors does not close all the way. During the walkthrough the dim lights feature walkthrough of the apartments worked. Told maintenance they told us that it never worked the switch is just there. It’s a dead switch. For a while now we have been harassed, targeted and what is happening to us is not happening to nobody else. The office does not answer the phone, they don’t communicate and they tell lies. Because of me and my wife review they went back on what they say and is charging us but not other residents. They retaliate when you leave a review.

submitted by Nicole D. - |Recommended: NoThe apt was filthy when we moved in. There’s a gap in the brick wall area easy enough for pets to escape. Poor communication, unnecessary fees added. Amenities are not worth 1600. They don’t abide by office hours. Iyanla Hall doesn’t respond to emails regarding concerns. This is not a peaceful home. Do not move here.

When I did a walkthrough the light dimming switches in the living room worked. When I moved in my place the switch did not work I was told it never worked even the walkthrough apartments did not work. They told me if I wanted to make it work I need to change out the ceiling fan. If I have to do it what do I need maintenance for. My neighbor has not been back in his house for two months. He had a water leak in his house. My house closet door to the laundry room will not close upon move in there is dents in the floor. Floor is uneven. Gaps in the patio area Do not use the system to pay your bills it does not come out immediately. And they will charge extra fees. I dislike I have to finish out this lease. Me and my wife is being targeted but others are not facing the same protocols. They tried to say they gave a warning like that suppose to fix things. Iyanla Hall refuses to respond to emails.

submitted by Nicole D. - |Recommended: NoHighly don’t recommend. Iyanla Hall is the very reason I wouldn’t recommend family, friends, or anyone looking for a peaceful home. She retaliated against me when I left a Facebook review. Doesn’t treat everyone equally. She tried to discipline us for trash we did not leave and she did not witness us doing and tried to say she was doing us a favor for not charging us when she should have emailed the whole community for the ones who were actually violating the trash terms. she entered our home with no probable cause to leave a note when she could have left it taped to the outside of the door after we told her we didn’t want her entering our home due to my husband being a disabled veteran. Dimming switches in the living room is false advertisement. Amavi forces you to use their WiFi so if you work from home its not dependable. She stated staff can enter your home at any given time but the 2nd time she left a note on the outside of the door. We feel harassed since we spoke our concerns.

Regarding entry into your home, delivering a Notice to Vacate for Non-Payment of Rent aligns with the terms outlined in your lease agreement, which permits entry for this purpose. For lease violations, entry is not required, and notices are typically placed on the exterior of the door, as was done in subsequent instances. The dimming switch in the living room is intended to adjust the fan speed, not dim the light, as per the design specifications of the units. With respect to community trash guidelines, we have sent multiple community-wide emails reminding residents of proper dumpster etiquette. It’s important that all residents adhere to these policies to maintain a clean and functional environment. While the community is still under construction, we understand that some challenges may arise, and we are committed to resolving any issues as quickly as possible. Our guest Wi-Fi is always available and provides comparable speeds to the primary network. If you did not receive mass emails with updates regarding the internet, please contact us directly so we can ensure you are included in future communications.
