|Recommended: NoI’m currently living at Amavi Celina, and I can confidently say it is an excellent place to call home. The staff here are consistently professional, courteous, and responsive to any needs that arise.
Today, I had the opportunity to interact with Joe, a new member of the maintenance team. During a routine inspection, I mentioned a simple issue with a missing screw in a cabinet. Not only did Joe complete the inspection efficiently, but he also took the initiative to fix the issue within five minutes, without any hesitation. His professionalism, promptness, and attention to detail were impressive, and he truly went above and beyond to ensure the job was done right.
Joe is a shining example of the high-quality service and care provided at Amavi Celina. I’m grateful for his hard work and dedication, and I believe he will continue to be a great asset to the team here. Amavi Celina is a wonderful place to live, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a community that values excellence.

|Recommended: NoDO NOT MOVE HERE I HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS SINCE I PAID MY MOVE-IN FEES THE APT WAS FILTHY I WAS ENROLLED IN RLP EVEN THO I TOLD THEM I DIDN'T NEED IT. THEY CHARGED ME ANYWAY REFUSE TO REFUND ME THE GARAGE WASN'T READY UPON MOVE-IN. I FOUND OUT MY VEHICLE WON'T FIT SO I RETURNED THE REMOTE THEY CHARGED ME ANYWAY. MY MOVE-IN DATE WAS CHANGED 3x. THERE IS DAMAGE THROUGHOUT THE APT DOORS, WALLS, FRIDGE STOVE ARE DENTED, GAP BETWEEN HOUSE PATIO, OPENING IN BEDROOM WHICH ALLOWED ANTS SCORPIONS IN, DRYER VENT WASN'T INSTALLED PROPERLY SO DRYER WAS BLOWING LINT HAIR EVERYWHERE, CEILING FAN GLOBE CRACKED, KITCHEN CABINETS WON'T CLOSE BECAUSE THEY ARE CROOKED, I'VE HAD NO HEAT AT NIGHT FOR A MONTH DUE TO A FAULTY THERMOSTAT AND HAVING THE WRONG THERMOSTAT IT'S STILL NOT RESOLVED, LEAK IN THE ATTIC SO THEY CUT A HOLE IN THE CEILING LEFT DEBRIS EVERYWHERE, OUTLETS DON'T WORK PROPERLY. ILYANA DOESN'T REPLY TO YOUR REQUESTS WHEN SHE DOES, SHE LIES MISCOMMUNICATES.

|Recommended: YesVery pleasant living style — From my day one my wife I greeted by Lyania taking on tour fell in love with the private space and the amenities of Amavi two bedroom cottages. This place is so much more tranquil, coming from a Frisco gated apartment community of constant flow of people in out all hours noise etc. this is just perfect private peaceful . The staff Were just simply awesome walked us through the application process when needed any questions. Answered Properly Manager Alexis Diaz was great provides availability to her residents in scheduling and Lyania sales customer service is very welcoming great team hands down great community friendly safe neighborhood love it here at Amavi .

|Recommended: YesLove my new home — Thank you to the Amavi Celina staff for making me feel so welcome here Riley and Jonathan have both been so responsive to any maintenance or home questions I have had over the last three weeks since I moved in. Iyanla is the sweetest and makes it a point to remember names, not just mine but my dog’s name too. And I appreciate Alexis being friendly and helpful. You can tell the entire team truly cares about the community and the residents.
My cottage is perfect Brand new, so light and bright. It is just the right amount of space inside and I am so happy to have a small maintenance-free backyard for my dog with a dog door . Even with new construction happening in the community it is always quiet and peaceful.
I highly recommend Amavi Celina if you are looking for stress and maintenance free living.
